摘要

本世纪50年代末60年代初以来，随着计算机产业的迅速发展，世界经济逐渐由工业经济向信息经济过渡，国际间开始出现了信息产品贸易。进入90年代以后，现代信息网络技术更是突飞猛进地向前发展，将国际贸易带进了一个信息化时代，信息要素已成为影响21世纪国际贸易走向和发展的最重要因素之一。特别是电子商务的兴起和网络贸易的诞生，导致国际贸易运作方式发生巨大变化。信息通过全球网络在世界各国和地区间流动，推动了国际贸易向信息化的方向发展，同时也为国际贸易的可持续发展开辟了一条新的途径.电子商务（Electronic Commerce）是一种以电子数据交换EDI和Internet网上交易为主要内容的全新商务模式。其体现的开放性、全球性、地域性、低成本和高效率等内在特征，在符合商业经济内在要求的同时，还使其超越了作为一种新的贸易形式所具有的价值。它不仅改变了企业本身的生产、经营、管理，而且对传统的贸易方式带来冲击。其最明显的标志就是增加了贸易机会、降低贸易成本、提高贸易效益。在带动经济结构变革的同时，对整个现代经济生活产生了巨大而且深远的影响。

Abstract

Since this century at the end of 50's at the beginning of 60's, along with the computer industry rapid development, the world economics gradually by the industry economy to the information economy transition, international have started to appear the information product trade. Enters after for the 90's, the modern information network technology is progresses by leaps and bounds move forward, took into the international trade an information time, the essential element of information has become affects the 21st century international trades to move towards one of with development most important attributes. Specially electronic commerce starting with the network trade birth, causes the international trade operation way to have the huge change. The information flowed through the global network in between the various countries and the area, impels the international trade to develop to the information direction, simultaneously also opened a new way for the international trade sustainable development.
